Vendor load in and setup is from 12-6 on Wednesday. This will be the only time to set up your booth so please plan accordingly.
All pertinent info will be emailed to vendors at least three months prior to the show. The ballroom is carpeted. Electricity and wifi can be ordered through the hotel and those forms will be provided. If you plan on bringing in your own freight you will need to fill out the dock form and coordinate your scheduled dock time with the dockmaster.
